Meeting was called to order by Chair Jon Woltz at 1:30 P.M.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the February meeting were approved as written.
Annual Report approved as written.
Election Results
- Vice-Chair/Chair Elect: Ann Blakely
Secretary: Rhonda Harris Taylor
OLA Wrap up
- Conference Planning Committee
- Shelia Johnson submitted a written report. Good attendance
and interesting topics. Would like to repeat session with
different collections
- Accessible libraries. 38 in attendance. Good mix of
people. Jon has packets if interested. He does not have the
evaluations yet.
- Posters and Presentations
- There were 17 poster sessions and 11 presentations.
Positive feedback from all of them. The presentations were
very well attended. David and the Committee developed
guidelines for future presentations. These were developed
from many of the questions the committee fielded prior to
the conference.
