Meeting was called to order by Chair Jon Woltz at 1:40 P.M.

Approval of Minutes

Minutes of the October meeting were approved as amended.

Committee Reports

Workshop Planning Committee

1. Spring Workshop. Jon gave the members an overview of the workshop plan for the March 9, 2000 workshop. The discussion focused on the audience to target and ways to ensure word gets out so all interested in workshop can attend.
   

OLA Conference Planning

1. Posters and Presentations. David Oberhelman would like to push back the deadline to get more proposals. Jon will check with Kay to see if the deadline can be pushed back without conflicting with the publication of the
   preconference bulletin.
2. Sessions. Shelia is working on session on buried treasures in Oklahoma libraries. For the adaptive session, email notices have been sent to the potential speakers.

Nominating Committee

Retha is continuing to contact potential candidates. Carolyn Warmann has agreed to run for a position.

Electronic Communication Committee

The minutes are being posted to the web site. Jon is sending meeting notices and minutes to the OLA list.

Sites for next meetings

Next meeting is set for Tuesday, December 7 at 1:30 PM at the Stillwater Public Library. Feel free to attend.
