The library plays an important role in facilitating meaningful conversation in their communities. Speakers:
Tara GoldenTara Golden is a children’s services librarian at the Midwest City Branch of the Metropolitan Library System. She has worked in urban and suburban public libraries since 2012 and served an array of people. A member of Seneca Cayuga Nation, she grew up with a passion for nurturing diverse and inclusive communities. She believes strongly in promoting equality and empathy for all people.

Jackie KroppJackie Kropp is the Programs and Outreach Coordinator for the Western Plains Library System.  She was with Pioneer Library System for 7 years previously. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her M.L.I.S. and M.A. in History of Science.
