Boomers, and X-ers, and Echoes! Oh, my…

Sponsor: Administration Roundtable

There's no question that today's workforce is highly diverse and the variety of generations found there adds to the mix. Most prevalent are the "Baby Boomer," while the number of "Gen X-ers" is rising, and "Echo Boomers" and "Traditionalist" round out the mixture. This program will profile these generations and provide tips for improving on-the-job relationships.

Deborah Willis is the Library Manager at the Midwest City Library, a branch of the Metropolitan Library System. She has been with the MLS since 1996 and, in addition to her library manager position, serves as a trainer for the system. Deborah has presented or co-presented numerous programs at OLA annual conferences and currently serves as the OLA treasurer.
