Exhibit Hours

Thursday, March 30 7:30 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
    No conflict times: 10:30 —11:30 a.m. and
  3:45 — 4:15 p.m.
Friday, March 31 7:30 a.m.—1:00 p.m.
    No conflict time: 9:45 —10:15 a.m.

Why do we have exhibits at Conference?

  • To give participants an opportunity to meet and visit with company representatives.
  • To give participants an opportunity to view new or unfamiliar products.
  • To give participants an opportunity to purchase and/or order products on site or set an appointment with a representative.
  • To help fund the conference and provide revenue for the association.

What you need to do:

  • Come to the exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday morning and enjoy a complimentary breakfast with the vendors.
  • Come to the exhibit hall during no-conflict times to see products and visit with vendors, make purchases or set appointments. You may not be the person from your library who makes purchases, but you do need to identify good products to recommend for your library.
  • Visit the exhibit hall during any free time.
  • Check the program for a list of sponsors (vendors and others) who have donated monies or items or advertised in association publications and recognize vendors on that list.
  • THANK ALL VENDORS FOR SUPPORTING THE CONFERENCE AND THE ASSOCIATION.
