You can meet us in person (at the same time) at Rose State College, in Midwest City. We will be located in the LRC (http://www.rose.edu/lrc/) computer lab (LRC204D).

We will be discussing the OLA conference as well as the workshop -- so be sure to bring lots of ideas and details! If you plan on coming to Rose State shoot Adri an email before hand and perhaps we can plan for us all to go out to lunch afterwards.

 

Purpose & Function:

A) To provide a forum for roundtable members to discuss, consider, and be aware of practices, trends and developments in the areas of technology and electronic services as related to libraries.

B) To aid in the professional growth of interested library personnel by presenting workshops of relevant content.

C) To cooperate with other roundtables, divisions, and committees to provide activities of general interest.

PLA Tech NotesTech Notes are short, Web-based papers introducing specific technologies for public librarians. Includes information on technology such as RFID technology, Software for Children, Network Management, and Filtering Technology & CIPA Compliance.
