Criteria:

This award may be granted to one or more libraries that provide an outstanding level of service to its users over a sustained period of time.

The Awards Committee will consider all types of libraries including individual school libraries, public library branches, individual academic and campus libraries, and individual special libraries. Public library systems, school library systems, and campus library systems will not be considered as a whole. This award may not be granted every year or may be granted to more than one library in a given year.

• Please provide a letter of nomination that addresses the outstanding level of service to the Oklahoma Library Association and Oklahoma.
• Please submit two letters of support.
