Description: Library organizations and library jobs are changing. New patron needs, new service models, new technology, and new economic realities have all led to reorganization in libraries and to a rethinking of how academic, public, and school libraries use people, spaces, and technology to serve their clientele. This workshop will explore changes in different types of libraries and help both managers and frontline librarians and staff offer excellent service in this new library organizational landscape.
