Website changes coming!

On Monday, April 21 the Oklahoma Library Association will move its website to a new platform.  While the new website will look very similar to the current one, you'll notice a number of changes in both appearance and functionality.  Your current OLA username will remain the same, but the first time you log into your OLA account you will be asked to create a new password.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Executive Director or the Webmaster.

Conference Evaluations

OLA 2014 is over and now is your chance to complete the conference evaluations and let the conference planners know what you thought.  What did you like about the conference?  What could be improved?  What sessions did you find most useful?  Least useful?  What topics would you like to see covered in next year's conference?  Fill out the evaluations and be heard!

2014 Library Legislative Day

Library Legislative Day is April 29, 2014.  Join library supporters from across the state to visit with legislators at the Capitol about issues of importance to school, public, and academic libraries.  Register online or download the registration flyer.  Registration must be received by April 21.

OLA Workshop: Digital Rights for All Types of Libraries

Join the Legislative committee and OKSL on May 20, 2014 at Bizzell Library on the OU Campus in Norman for a day of learning centered on digital rights for all types of libraries. Oklahoma Library Association Night With The Oklahoma City RedHawks

Join your OLA friends on Friday, June 13 for the 2nd Annual OLA RedHawks Night at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, sponsored by the Membership Committee.  We'll be sitting together as a group as we cheer the RedHawks to victory over the Las Vegas 51s.  An "All You Can Eat" pre-game picnic is also available for an extra charge.  You may buy your tickets online or download the flyer to pay by check. Deadline to order is May 2, 2014.
