Culturally Responsive Teaching

Graduates in the IMLS program at Northeastern State University have included readings and resources in their master’s program to better equip them to respond to students in their schools who are Native American and those who are of lower socioeconomic status. Results of their studies will be shared as well as activities that were developed to use with teachers in their schools to encourage participation of all students. A web site has been designed to promote activities.
