New integrated library systems are cloud-based, but how do you know what constitutes quality in a cloud-based ILS? Dr. Anne Prestamo, Associate Dean for Collection & Technology Services at OSU-Stillwater, will show us the ins and outs of these new library management systems, both what to look for and how to plan for your move to a new system.
Dr. Anne Prestamo is Associate Dean for Collection and Technology Services and Claud D. Kniffin Professor of Library Service and Education at the Edmon Low Library, OSU-Stillwater since 2005. She holds administrative responsibility for acquisitions, cataloging, and digital library services, and principal responsibility for vendor relations. Also, she oversees the administration of the Oklahoma A&M Library System, which operates the Voyager library management system for 12 Oklahoma higher education institutions and manages a $7 million library materials budget in consultation with the Associate Dean for Research and Instruction at OSU.
