This program focuses on how assessment and assessment results can be used to improve the image of the library and make services more useful to the community served.
Victoria Swinney is the Director of the Dulaney-Browne Library at Oklahoma City University. She is currently chair of the Assessment Committee of the Oklahoma Council of Academic Library Directors. Previously, she served in various capacities in the Cameron University library and served as secretary of the Oklahoma Bibliographic Instruction Council, secretary and chair of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of College and Research Libraries. She has a Ph.D. from Texas Woman’s University and an MLIS from the University of Oklahoma.
