No matter what role you play in your library organization you will be working with people with different personalities. This session will introduce the various personality styles and provide strategies for adapting to each style to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

The result of Lori’s 23 year banking career focused on sales and leadership development, combined with authenticity and experience as an executive, is an innate ability to engage people – in the journey of learning, self-awareness and building effective relationships. Her various leadership roles over this period have enabled her to understand Emotional Intelligence theories and how to use them. Lori founded the Leadership Prosperity Group in 2012 and is Executive Vice President at First American Bank. She is accredited with the Institute for Health and Human Potential to coach and facilitate Emotional Intelligence for Personal Leadership.
Lori recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary with her husband Robert. They have a son, Ryan, who is a graduate of OU.
