Everyday irritations and how to deal with difficult customers.
Lynn Baker is married to an angel and has four children and seven grandchildren. His education includes a Master's degree in Human Relations from OU and Distinguished Toastmaster certification from Toastmasters International. He has served as a soldier, chemist, salesman, executive coach, and as a college professor. Unfortunately, none of these accomplishments insulated Lynn from being "bugged" by difficult folks. He has been ignored, threatened, ridiculed, cheated, chewed out, slugged, cursed, sued, torched, jilted, and run off the road. Fortunately, a few folks inspired him to "debug" his world. Lynn will share some of his "debugging" insights.
