The library specialists at OrangeBoy, Inc. will demonstrate how attendees can benefit from a new perspective on customer intelligence that goes beyond circulation statistics. Savvy libraries across the country are already benefitting by employing comprehensive customer intelligence from a wide variety of cardholder and organizational data sources into their decision making processes. The key organizational strategies we will discuss will help you increase customer loyalty, efficiently reach target audiences, and deliver outcomes that are valued by your community.
Attendees will learn how nationwide trends in mobility are impacting the relationships cardholders have with their libraries and what steps they can take to stay in step with local needs. Libraries will express their value to the community through quantifiable goal-setting and make customer-focused decisions with confidence and measure the results.
