Charlotte Nance is librarian at the Minnie R. Slief Library in Cheyenne, Oklahoma, a branch of the Western Plains Library System. Charlotte has 24 years experience as a school librarian and holds National Board Certification as well as a BA in English and an MS in school library. Charlotte has been using EBSCO since its inception in school libraries in the 90s and has used it for her own and colleagues' research projects as well as research paper assistance for both elementary and high school research projects.
