Staff from the OSU Library will share a variety of low-cost ways they are developing leaders in their organization. By focusing on training and tapping into the existing expertise of the staff, OSU has created on environment that embraces professional development and offers leadership opportunities for employees at every level from student assistant to dean.

Cinthya is the Associate Dean for Research and Learning Services at Oklahoma State University where she provides administrative leadership for the library's academic liaison program as well as services for undergraduate and graduate students. Previously, she was Head of Teaching and Learning Services at the University of Maryland where she was in charge of the spaces, services, and programming offered by the Terrapin Learning Commons in addition to coordinating the libraries' First Year instruction program.
Bonnie serves as the Manager of Library Communication Services at OSU. She maintains close ties to her alma mater, Oklahoma State University, where she earned a B.S. in environmental science and a M.S. in mass communications. Bonnie stumbled upon a career in public relations after a life-changing afternoon washing dirt. She has worked in public relations for more than a decade, specializing in education, libraries and the arts. Bonnie became accredited in public relations in 2007.
Jackie is the Senior Manager of Business Operations at the OSU Libraries. She holds a BA in Business Administration and M.S. in Occupational and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University. Since 1991, her assignment in the Library has included human resource management and budget administration. For the past twenty-four years, she has expanded training and development opportunities for Library staff and student assistants focusing on customer service, employee relations, policy and procedure, etc.
