Lynn McIntoshLynn McIntosh was born in Norman, Oklahoma and graduated from high school in Tulsa. Both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees are from the University of Oklahoma. She has lived in Texas, Missouri, New Jersey (twice) and Atlanta, Georgia. In 1996, she returned to Oklahoma to become Director of the Chickasaw Regional Library System headquartered in Ardmore. In 2016, under Lynn’s leadership, the Board of Trustees changed the name of the Library System to the Southern Oklahoma Library System. For 22 years Lynn has served as the Executive Director of this five (5) county Library System which has eight (8) libraries in diverse communities of South Central Oklahoma. Lynn served as President of the Oklahoma Library Association (OLA) 2004/2005.

Lisa WellsLisa Wells is the Executive Director for the Pioneer Library System. Wells has been with Pioneer since 1990 and served in many capacities before beginning as Executive Director in January 2017.  Wells is an active member of the Oklahoma Library Association, and currently serves as Co-Chair for the Endowment Committee and as a member and past Chair of the Legislative Committee and Local Arrangements. Wells is an active member of the American Library Association and the Public Library Association.  She has presented nationally on topics such as innovative library services and creating leaders.  She holds two degrees from the University of Oklahoma, a BA in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies.  She is a graduate of the Urban Libraries Council Executive Leadership Institute, recipient of the Joey Rogers Leadership Award from the Urban Libraries Council, a 2008 Library Journal Mover and Shaker, and a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma - Class XXII.
