Program Planning Meeting

David opened the meeting over lunch at about 12:10.

Folders

Marc Carlson asked if workshop speakers will have to pay the workshop registration fee, and David said no.

Michele and David will purchase more folders and David will get pens & make copies of the agenda, evaluation sheets, etc. and stuff the workshop folders.

Refreshments

Jo Daniels will bring a coffeemaker, drinks (coffee, juice, water), ice chest, muffins & bagels w/cream cheese for morning break.

David Oberhelman will also bring a coffeemaker, an ice chest, & tea.

Evlyn Schmidt will bring paper goods (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins).

Michele Seikel will bring ice, fruit plate, & cookies for afternoon break.

Marc will send a copy of his PowerPoint presentation to David to be copied for handouts. The other members who have contacted speakers will ask if we can copy their handouts for them. During his session, Marc will mention the changes taking place in OCLC this year with ILL & union listing. David will ask Pat Weaver-Meyers to share a copy of her PowerPoint so that Marc can compare it with his own.
