SUMMARY OF MEMBER'S TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT

    The Board of Trustees of the Pioneer Library System ("PIONEER") is the sole and exclusive owner of the following trademarks ("LICENSED MARKS"):

1. The word "Just So You Know" alone or in combination with any other word, words or logos.

2. The acronym "JSYK" alone or in combination with any other word, words, or logos.

3. The "Bubble" logo alone or in combination with any other word, words, or logos.

    PIONEER has granted the Oklahoma Library Association ("ASSOCIATION") the right to grant sublicenses to its members ("MEMBERS") to use the LICENSED MARKS in connection with the promotion of library services in Oklahoma.

    The terms of the sublicense agreement are summarized as follows:

    ASSOCIATION will grant to MEMBER a non-exclusive license to use the LICENSED MARKS in association with the sale of products and promotion of library services only in the state of Oklahoma.

    The term of Agreement will be for one (1) year, but will be automatically renewed for successive terms of one (1) year, unless MEMBER or  ASSOCIATION gives written notice of termination to the other party at least thirty (30) days before the end of the initial term or any renewal term.

    MEMBER will be granted the right as a member to the Oklahoma Library Association to use the LICENSED MARKS on advertising and promotional materials at no cost to MEMBER.

    MEMBER will agree to pay to  ASSOCIATION a royalty in the amount of five percent (5%) based on MEMBER'S net sales of products manufactured and sold by MEMBER that bear at least one of the LICENSED MARKS.

    All promotional and advertising material shall be of a reasonable quality which, unless prior approval is obtained, conforms with a standard sample and usage guidelines approved by ASSOCIATION.
