We spend almost a quarter of our time at work. Life is too short to spend in a place in which we are miserable. Morale in the workplace effect not only the quality of work, but it also has a large impact on our personal lives. Boosting morale boosts productivity and longevity of the staff both physically and their longevity at a location. The best thing about boosting morale is that it can be done for no money! Find out about the importance of morale, areas that can affect morale, and how to increase morale.
