"I'm Asking for a Friend" - Ask a Manager Forum

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Oklahoma Ballroom North

Participants will get the opportunity to ask a panel of managers those 'tough to answer' questions they have always had such as; how to approach difficult patrons or employees, how to handle an employee who is always late, etc. Experienced managers wills hare tips on how to have difficult conversations and correct behaviors that are commonly - or maybe not so commonly - seen in the workplace (without delving into the world of HR). This session will serve as a "safe space" to ask those burning questions anonymously (if preferred)
