Tonya BaldwinTonya Baldwin has been with Western Plain Library System for 8 years in which she has been the Branch Manager of the Hazel Cross Library in Thomas, OK.  She keeps busy with programming at her library with multiple children’s, tweens, adults and teen programs.  She currently has four teen book clubs that she collaborates with her junior high and high school.  She is the current PLD Chair.

Kathy Atchley is the Branch Manager of the Clinton Public Library, Clinton, OK

Charlotte NanceCharlotte Nance is the Branch Manager/Instruction Coordinator at the Weatherford Public Library, a branch of Western Plains Library System. She joined the Western Plains Library System staff in 2013 as the Librarian for the Minnie R. Slief Library in Cheyenne fulfilling her goal of someday working in her childhood library.  Nance is a member of the Oklahoma Library Association and is currently a member of the Marketing Committee and the Public Library Division.  Nance is also a member of the Public Library Association and the American Library Association, serving on its Intellectual Freedom Committee and its Selection Manual Committee, as well as serving as Jury Chair for the Romance Writers of America Grant Committee this year. Work began immediately after ALA Chicago and will conclude at ALA New Orleans.
