Circulation staff will gather to compare practices and discuss issues related to circulation. Topics addressed: Duties of circ department at different sites, how to get card, circulation time limits, fine amounts, job distribution, shelving practices, handling money, guaranteeing account security, best workflow practices, handling upset customers, damaged/incomplete, etc..

Aaron Gray



Aaron Gray has been the Adult Services Librarian at Ponca City Library since June 2015, where she oversees the circulation desk, reference desk, and adult programming/outreach. Previous to this, she worked with children in libraries since March 2011.  She received her MLIS from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. Aaron believes in the power of librarians to educate, inform, create community, and change lives. She is married to a police officer and has two young daughters.



Suzanne Eckl Witzke has a BA in Journalism from The University of Oklahoma and worked in Public Relations before becoming a stay-at-home mom for 23 years. She has been at the Southwest Oklahoma City Library since 2011, working as a Circulation Clerk and has been thrilled by how happy and synchronized her brain is with library methods.
