Edge and the Impact Survey: Working Together

Wednesday, April 25, 2018
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Directors Row 3

The session will cover how these two services help public libraries assess, plan, and communicate their public access technology services. Edge provides a series of tools while Impact Survey provides a way to gather customer feedback. Conducting patron surveys and communicating the value of library technology to stakeholders are some of the key benchmark indicators of the Edge Initiative. Implementing the Impact Survey can help you achieve the Edge Benchmarks.
