FOLIO presents two awards at conference to Friends groups who demonstrate exemplary success in support of their local library. The John Harkey Best Friends Award recognizes a Friends group in a city with a population of less than 10,000, and the Oklahoma Best Friends Award recognizes a Friends group in a city with a population of more than 10,000.

Seed grants are available to help local Friends of the Library groups organize.
