In addition, Mrs. Frasier was invited to join the University of Oklahoma Advisory Board to the School of Library and Information Studies from 1995 to 1999, and served on the American Library Association Task Force to Revise the Library Services and Construction Act 1995-1997. She was inducted into the Tulsa Library System’s Hall of Fame in 1997 and won an ALA-ALTA Citizen Advocacy Award in 2000.

Throughout her years of involvement with libraries, Sally worked most diligently in the area of legislative changes. She visited Oklahoma state legislators on behalf of libraries for many years, and has done the same with Oklahoma’s Washington legislators. She has been an effective advocate for libraries across the nation, but especially in Oklahoma.
