Share |

Date: Friday May, 1
Time: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sponsor: Supervisors, Managers, Administrators Roundtable (SMART)
Co-Sponsor: Children and Teen Services (CATS)

Learn low cost innovative ways to reach teens and parents through public library and school partnerships.  Often the largest student organization on campus, high school marching band students must remain academically eligible but often struggle with finding the time to use the public library after long practices or weekends full of competition. See how one public library successfully partnered with a high school group through member challenges, and parent booster participation to achieve increased teen library card holders and non-traditional homework help programs.
