Session Description: 
The program includes both a discussion and demonstration of book repair. The discussion includes book structure, examination, determination of types of repair, supplies, and equipment. The demonstration includes tipping in pages, strengthening corners, tightening hinges, reattaching covers, and fashioning new spines to replace missing or broken ones. Repairs are made using pH neutral past, buckram, and super which is the fine mesh cloth used in case construction.
